Description

Material Introduction:

Engineered quartz stone is primarily composed of natural quartz crystals (around 90-95%) mixed with resins, polymers, and pigments (about 5-10%). Quartz, a naturally abundant and durable mineral, provides the surface with its exceptional strength and resistance. The resin and polymer binders are used to bind the quartz particles together, giving the stone its solid, dense structure. Pigments are added to the mix to create the desired color and aesthetic effect. Unlike natural stone, engineered quartz is not formed through natural geological processes but instead is manufactured in controlled environments. This process allows for consistency in color, pattern, and texture. It also enables the creation of slabs that are highly durable and non-porous.

Texture:

Engineered quartz has a smooth, even texture that is free from the natural porosity and flaws often found in natural stone. The surface can be polished to a high gloss or left matte, depending on the desired finish. Its non-porous nature means it feels sleek and smooth under the touch and resists staining or absorption of liquids.
