I. Purchase and Liability Terms:
By purchasing from our company, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- You acknowledge and agree to thoroughly inspect all stone materials (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) at our premises prior to purchase to ensure that the Products meet your requirements.
- You are solely responsible for independently evaluating whether the Products are suitable for your intended use or purpose. The Company makes no express or implied representations or warranties in this regard.
- You confirm and agree that you have not relied on the opinions, advice, or judgment of the Company or its employees, sales representatives, or agents during the purchase process.
- You acknowledge and accept that natural stone may exhibit variations in color, texture, and sheen, which are normal and unavoidable. Minor cracks, imperfections, voids, and inconsistencies are inherent attributes of natural stone and shall not be deemed defects.
- You acknowledge and agree that engineered stone is composed of synthetic materials, which may include resins, mineral particles, and other composite substances. Due to manufacturing processes, engineered stone may exhibit slight color variations, uneven patterns, or minor surface texture differences, which do not constitute defects.
- The Company reserves the right to limit the selection of specific slabs within the same batch of stone and to determine the cutting and seam placement at its sole discretion, which you hereby agree to accept.
- You acknowledge and accept that the use and installation of the Products may involve inherent risks such as cracking, peeling, discoloration, oxidation, or other damage. You agree to assume full responsibility for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from these risks and waive any claims against the Company in this regard.
- You acknowledge and agree that once the Products are delivered to you or your designated third party, all risks, damages, losses, and liabilities associated with the Products shall be solely your responsibility. The Company shall no longer be liable in this regard.
II. Payment Terms:
Payments can be made via E-Transfer, credit card, or cheque. Please ensure all payments are made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include the invoice number for reference.
- E-Transfer: Send payments to Linda.stoneworld@gmail.com. Ensure the invoice number is included in the message field for proper allocation.
- Credit Card: We accept major credit cards. A processing fee of 2.85% will be applied to all credit card transactions to cover associated costs.
- Cheque: Make cheques payable to Stone World Trading Corporation. Please include the invoice number on the cheque.
III. Shipping and Service Policy:
Goods will not be shipped, nor services provided, until payment has been confirmed as received in full.
Delivery Fees Details:
Delivery fees are calculated based on round-trip travel time as follows:
- Within 1.5 hours: CAD $50
- Between 1.5 and 3 hours: CAD $100
- Over 3 hours: CAD $150
