I. Terms and Conditions for Stone Product Purchase
By purchasing from our company, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Inspection and Suitability
You agree to thoroughly inspect all stone materials (“Products”) at our premises prior to purchase. You are solely responsible for determining whether the Products are suitable for your intended use. The Company makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability of the Products.
2. Natural Stone Disclaimer
You acknowledge that natural stone inherently exhibits variations in color, texture, and sheen. Minor cracks, imperfections, voids, and inconsistencies are normal characteristics and shall not be considered defects.
3. Engineered Stone Disclaimer
Engineered stone is composed of synthetic materials, including resins and mineral particles. Due to manufacturing processes, it may contain slight color variations, uneven patterns, or minor surface texture differences, which do not constitute defects.
4. Selection and Fabrication
The Company reserves the right to limit selection of slabs within the same batch and to determine cutting and seam placement at its sole discretion. You agree to accept these decisions.
5. No Reliance on Company Advice
You confirm that you have not relied on the advice or opinions of the Company or its representatives in making your purchase decision.
6. Assumption of Risk
You accept that the use and installation of the Products may involve risks such as cracking, peeling, discoloration, oxidation, or other damage. You assume full responsibility for these risks and waive any claims against the Company.
7. Delivery Responsibility
The Company is not responsible for arranging or overseeing delivery. Such arrangements are to be made between you and a third-party logistics provider. Once the Products are delivered to you or your designated party, all associated risks, damages, and liabilities become your sole responsibility.
